Improvisations
A percussion and saxophone/flute improvised jazz concert.
"It was a long-standing wish of mine to play a concert that is based on conversations between instruments, to celebrate the fascinating world of improvisation, creating music in the moment, that is very hard (if ever possible) to re-create. It's an experience that both Thomas and I want to share with the audience since this is concert is not just about us two on stage. It is about the joy of making music."

Renzo Spiteri and Thomas Agergaard - a percussionist from the Mediterranean and a Scandinavian tenor and soprano saxophone and flute player - two creative artists bonded by the desire to express themselves with music that's warm and hypnotic at times, haunting and fiery at other. All this happened on stage, in the instance, through improvised exchanges and in the most captivating of manners. This collaboration was launched at The Manoel Theatre, Malta's national theatre.
